Week 2 Update!!!
I did better with sticking to my schedule, minus the going to bed on time part! I discovered some weaknesses and imbalances in my life...now let's see if I can figure them out this week. I sure could use your help and suggestions!
First, Loving the posts! you have supplied some cool resources that i am going to check out, and reading it makes me motivated to do better myself with this stuff.
ReplyDeletesecond, in response to staying positive, something i have read... though not tested yet... is tricking your body into being positive! so just smile and hold... until you feel those endorphin's. Maybe do a crazy laugh too. I don't know how well it would work, but maybe something small to try with positivity. if anything doing it in public should cause enough humor to make you happier. haha
