More inspiring songs and Books on my must read list!
It is so important to surround ourselves with positive music, images, and media. What we feed into our brains on a daily basis is what will determine our tomorrow.
I have been on a constant search for positive; listening to TED talks, Darren Daily, reading books and watching videos on success, business, and leadership, and listening to my positive music.
All of this is done in hopes of changing my subconscious mind to help lead me to the success and goals that I am after. I know it has been making a difference!
The last two weeks I have been down with a nasty cold that made my head feel like it was going to explode and turned my energy level so low I felt like an angry sloth...ready to self detonate!
I didn't read, meditate, or do anything worthwhile. When I wasn't at work I was at home sitting in a trance or sleeping. I was completely out of it the last two weeks, and in turn I really have felt a difference. My courage and motivation for success has dropped way down and I suddenly found myself afraid to work toward my goals. I felt worried and lacking in faith...it was yucky!
So a couple days ago I found a couple motivational songs, listened to some motivational videos, and have again started reading, meditating, and pumping up the positive!
Here are a few songs, videos and additions to my book list that helped pump me back up and get excited to continue my success trail!
BOOK LIST
The Spirit to Serve: Marriott's way
I am currently reading this book. Reading about successful people and how they did what they did is not only motivating but helps me to start understanding the habits and thinking patterns of those who are successful. It seems that anyone who is successful has studied other successful people!
2 Darren Hardy Books:
The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster and the Compound Effect

I have become very interested in this guys philosophy and ideas. I like how he presents himself and the type of business that he runs. I am very interested in learning more about his approach to business and success. He seems to know a thing or two about it considering he made his first million by age 27.
Videos
Darren Hardy on the Travis Smiley show
I'm always a sucker for some awesome 80's music that inspires
